Hi, I'm Victoria O. Oshodin, a Global Creative Director who builds human-centered stories with strategic depth and creative flair. I’m obsessed with understanding people, shaping narratives that feel real, and crafting ideas that move both hearts and businesses.
For over a decade, I’ve worked across London and the U.S., leading global campaigns, experiential moments, social-first content, and executive-level storytelling for brands across entertainment, tech, lifestyle, and culture. My work lives at the intersection of strategy, psychology, and visual storytelling, whether I’m shaping a 360 campaign, directing video, guiding a design team, or using technology to solve complex creative problems.
What sets me apart is my ability to blend the big-picture vision with hands-on execution. I lead with empathy, clarity, and intention. My background in method acting taught me to study people deeply before trying to persuade them, and that human insight sits at the center of every idea I build.
From global premieres to brand campaigns to narrative content, I create work that feels bold, cinematic, and grounded in truth. I believe creativity should connect, not perform — and the best ideas don’t just look good; they shift something.
