Giving our audience a first look at BBC’ latest natural history programmes Dynasty, Serengeti and commemorating the 50th anniversary of the first step man took on the moon. Apollo 11 landing on the moon
The Echo Arena transformed into a glamorous gala. An immersive drinks reception in the Serengeti, featuring a complementary lighting design and mesmeric soundscape, welcomed guests for the evening. Projection and LED screens played out content from Dynasty and Serengeti.
In celebration of the upcoming 50th anniversary of the moon landing, guests were treated to an out-of-this-world dining experience. Forming the focal point of the extraordinary evening and transporting guests from the Moon to Mars. An immersive soundscape completed the deep-space setup. We took our guests on an immersive experience, reliving the anticipation and excitement of 1969, when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin took mankind’s first steps on the lunar surface.The Moon landing film which included a special PTC from Buzz Aldrin and spectacular archive footage was played out on a mammoth 30m wide x 9m high projection screen. A 7m projection-mapped planet, transported the guest to the moon were they ate dinner.
Showcasing the very best of BBC crime programming, including the return of Luther, a secret party space was revelled behind the screen. Transformed with graffiti walls, neon signs and corrugated iron, the after party played host to Goldfrapp and renowned DJ Benny Blanco and the Allstars.
